Job Description

As a State Head Executive Manager, you will be responsible for developing plans and strategies to achieve company sales goals in the designated state. This role involves managing sales teams, operations, and resources to drive growth, defining optimal sales force structure, hiring and developing sales staff, managing customer expectations, and defining sales processes for desired outcomes. You will also be responsible for creating a culture of success and ongoing business achievement.
Must have:
  • 7+ yrs of experience in Distribution sales in Oil & Gas, fintech, Banking/Sales.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to aggressively manage sales strategy execution.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Paytm is India’s leading digital payments and financial services company, which is focused on driving consumers and merchants to its platform by offering them a variety of payment use cases. Paytm provides consumers with services like utility payments and money transfers, while empowering them to pay via Paytm Payment Instruments (PPI) like Paytm Wallet, Paytm UPI, Paytm Payments Bank Netbanking, Paytm FASTag and Paytm Postpaid - Buy Now, Pay Later. To merchants, Paytm offers acquiring devices like Soundbox, EDC, QR and Payment Gateway where payment aggregation is done through PPI and also other banks’ financial instruments. To further enhance merchants’ business, Paytm offers merchants commerce services through advertising and Paytm Mini app store. Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.
 
 
About the Role:
 
l  Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.
l  Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
l  Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver growth.
l  Define optimal sales force structure.
l  Hire and develop sales staff.
l  Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives.
l  Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
l  Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements.
