About the role

As the Director People Partner (HRBP), you will be a strategic partner to Zeta’s leadership, driving initiatives to scale the business while fostering a high-performance, innovation-driven culture. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders to create comprehensive people strategies that align with Zeta’s mission of shaping the future of banking technology.

Responsibilities

Partner with the leadership team to develop and execute people strategies that support the rapid scaling of Zeta while maintaining a vibrant company culture. Lead the development and execution of strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent.
Be a culture evangelist and ensure that decisions, processes, and practices align with the culture map
Work with leaders to create a comprehensive people plan that is built for scale, keeping the business environment and priorities
Drive change initiatives across the organization by assessing the talent implications of strategic decisions. Provide insights and solutions to support organizational transformation, ensuring that people-related initiatives are successfully implemented during periods of rapid growth and change.
Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue. Design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organizational solutions.
Utilize people analytics to address strategic and operational HR challenges, identifying trends that influence talent strategies and drive business outcomes.
Own the people plan and drive outcomes through a strong partnership with Talent Acquisition, Employer branding and engagement, Rewards, and Talent Management team
Coach and mentor different stakeholders right from giving strategic coaching to executives to helping employees plan their career path.
Lead the People Operations team, overseeing onboarding, offboarding, MIS, shared services, and HR technology, ensuring seamless processes that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

Skills

Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions that align with business goals.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders and projects concurrently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive change.
