Job Description:

  • Processing Invoices - Executes process according to SLA’s & ensuring Accuracy.
  • Has detailed understanding of processes (preferably Invoicing process) and SOP’s.
  • Adheres to control.
  • Has improvement to ideas.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Informs Supervisor about  any process issues.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of AR experience (Invoicing, Collections, Cash applications, Credit, Dispute) process.
  • Excellent in MS Excel & PowerPoint presentation.
  • Excellent in AR systems & Process.
  • Excellent Verbal & Written communication & Soft skills(Email Etiquette)
  • Team Player & Self motivated person
  • Flexible to work in shifts (Shift 1 - 09.00am – 06.00pm; Shift 2 – 12.00pm – 09.00pm; Shift 3 – 06.00pm – 03.00am).
