Key Responsibilities
1. Develop Continuous Improvement Roadmap
2. Lean Culture and Waste Identification
3. Training Needs Analysis and Budgeting: Conduct annual assessments of training needs and develop a budget plan to support CI skills development.
4. Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyze business processes within Operations and suggest actionable improvements with measurable outcomes.
5. Support Area Operations Manager: Assist in defining local metrics that complement global KPIs and standards for consistent performance measurement.
6. Global Initiative Implementation: Lead the deployment and anchoring of global CI initiatives to ensure local alignment and impact.
7. Project Management and Coordination: Coordinate CI projects from inception to implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
8. Standardization and Digitization: Drive the standardization of processes, while challenging practices that hinder quality, efficiency, or digitization efforts.
9. Safety and Resilience Agenda: Collaborate with the Area S&R team to champion safety and resilience programs within operations.
