Job description

Your responsibilities

  • Coordinating and creation of development workflows,

  • Prioritization of current tasks,

  • Planning your teams’ work and projects,

  • Tracking, identifying and resolving blockers and risks,

  • Creating all necessary documentation, roadmaps and schedules,

  • Being both part and the owner of the development and communication in day-to-day tasking,

  • Keeping the current pipeline running most efficiently by close cooperation with other producers and our programmers,

  • Contact with vendors (e.g. Apple, Steam).

Job requirements

Requirements

  • Possibility to work in Warsaw office in hybrid model;

  • 2+ years of experience in role of a Producer (or similar);

  • Knowledge of the gamedev industry - platforms, consoles, what is what in general ;)

  • Good knowledge of English - B2/C1 level,

  • Communication and organizational skills,

  • Easy-going person who likes to work with others.

  • Able to conclude and define goals during highly iterative creative processes.

  • You know when it's the time for debate and when it’s time for you to call the shots.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence,

  • Technical knowledge of Unreal Engine and C++ programing,

  • Knowledge of version control software (e.g. Perforce, Git)
