About Team 

The team consists of versatile designers from varied backgrounds. We look for best possible designs within the given budget. Multifaceted deliverables, simultaneously working on different projects is a regular routine. We handle License brands and private labels across categories which keeps us busy looking for new ideas on daily basis. Working as a team player and on aligned vision is critical for us to be ahead of our competition. 

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Conduct market research and trend analysis to build seasonal concepts and trends every season.
•  Design and develop seasonal collections of apparels category adhering to current trends and brand Aesthetics. 
• Create Moodboards, Techpacks, Artworks and Trims for seasonal and QTM collections. 
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including sourcing, Buying and Raw material and trims 
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target customers 
• Adhere to delivery timelines of all the processes involved from concept to product go live. 
• Involve in regular analysis of product catalogue and contents and stay up-to-date with emerging trends. 
• Proficiency in Adobe creative cloud specifically Illustrator and photoshop. 
• Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 

Qualifications & Experience 

• Bachelor of Design specialization 
• High level of Proficiency in In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint 
• Experience/Knowledge in the creation of design packages and execution of product designs 
• Ability to respond quickly to multiple projects with strong time management skills. Strong ability to set priorities and manage deadlines. 
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with a critical eye for detail. 
• Ability to work and build relationships with cross-functional teams. 
• Experience in apparel design and development from retail or e-com
