Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Working with different databases and leading the effort to design, migrate, and program effort
  • Providing technical help to project team(s) to perform design to deployment related activities: providing guidance, participating in reviews, and preventing and resolving technical issues
  • Reviewing escalations from business stakeholders and assisting them to resolve
  • Providing best practice recommendations
  • Assisting customers to solve their challenges related to Data migration
  • Supporting customers to reach the desired goal with respect to Migration
  • Proactively identifying challenges and communicating to business stakeholders with suggestions to overcome
  • Ensuring the delivered data matches with the data provided
  • Always striving for consistent, quality results

 

The Candidate:

Required skills/qualifications:

  • BE/MCA/Diploma/BCA
  • Great customer service and client engagement skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with education related technologies
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with SQL scripting
  • Solid knowledge of SQL Server 2019 with the development of complex stored procedures, views, and other SQL objects
  • Should be able to analyze the output of SQL statement
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above

 

Pay range is $x - $x/year depending upon experience. We use national and industry-specific survey data to assist in determining compensation. Additionally, we consider factors such as external market rate, budget for the role, and the compensation rates of current employees performing the same function. Some roles will have variable pay.
