As a Business Analyst in the Core domain you will support Core domain leads and architects by capturing stakeholder requirements and by analyzing/documenting existing solutions and technical designs. You will also participate in the creation and improvement of technical designs.
Your involvement will range from customer-facing systems to internal highly technical advanced solutions. We seek a proactive, collaborative professional who is willing to learn, methodical, and attentive to details.

Responsibilities 

• Communicate with various stakeholders to capture new requirements;

• Analyse existing processes, systems and information flows to reverse engineer and document functional behaviour;

• Participate in creation of new and changes to the existing technical designs and information flows;

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure no use cases of Core products are left unattended;

• Assist with communication between internal and external stakeholders, improving transparency, and radiating information;

• Support requirements and solution design validation, preparing information and presentations for stakeholders and other cross-team members to address questions regarding proposed product decisions;

• Collaborate with QAs and developers during requirements and solution design implementation and validation, and provide valuable suggestions for potential enhancements, if required. 

• At least 3 years experience in business analysis or a related field;
• At least a bachelor’s degree in the appropriate field of study or one of the globally-recognized certifications: CCBA, CBAP, CPRE, PBA, AAC, CFLBA;
• Advanced technical skills, excellent documentation skills;
• Experience working in Agile software development;
• Competency in Atlassian software development and collaboration tools, including JIRA and Confluence;
• Domain Knowledge in Gambling and Live games strongly preferred;
• Excellent English language communication skills;
• Ability to plan and execute requirement analysis in a logical, structured, systematic manner;
• Good leadership and social skills to mediate and cooperate well with other Evolution team members;
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail;
• Ability to operate independently, and as part of a team.
