The Business Architect will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing business-critical processes across R8G’s global production landscape. They will collaborate with C-level executives, business unit leaders, and process owners to ensure alignment between strategic objectives and day-to-day execution. This includes managing production, resource management, and proposal estimation. The role involves driving the implementation of strategic initiatives, creating roadmaps, and monitoring KPIs. The architect will also be responsible for driving adoption of updated processes and tools through structured change management practices. The candidate will be expected to work with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and continuously evaluate process performance.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of experience in business architecture

Job Details

We are looking for a strategically minded Business Architect to design, optimize, and implement business-critical processes across R8G’s global production landscape. This individual will play a key role in shaping the operational architecture of our game production and outsourcing business, working in close collaboration with C-level executives, business unit leaders and key process owners across the company.

The Business Architect will drive alignment between strategic objectives and day-to-day execution — ensuring our production, resource management, proposal estimation and other key workflows are scalable, data-informed, and built for growth.

Superpowers you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in business architecture, strategy or change management roles;
  • 5+ years in game production, outsourcing, or creative services;
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and process transformation in global settings;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology management, or related field;
  • Strategic thinker with a forward-looking, innovative mindset;
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels;
  • Results-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes;
  • Innovative thinking to recommend and implement creative solutions for process improvement.

You’re a rockstar if you have:

Master’s degree or certifications in Business Architecture or Process Management.

Becoming part of Room 8 Group, you will:

  • Develop and evolve the business architecture framework to support R8G’s long-term strategy;
  • Design and implement target-state processes, tools, and policy blueprints for core functions such as: production and delivery management, capacity and resource management, proposal estimation management;
  • Develop comprehensive implementation roadmaps for proposed strategies and solutions;
  • Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives across R8G units;
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to ensure consistency, transparency, and alignment across all units;
  • Create practical implementation roadmaps with clear milestones and KPIs;
  • Lead transformation initiatives across business units in alignment with the company’s strategic goals;
  • Drive adoption of updated processes and tools through structured change management practices;
  • Align changes with stakeholder requirements and strategic objectives;
  • Define and monitor KPIs related to process efficiency, resource utilization, and delivery performance;
  • Continuously evaluate process performance and recommend improvements;
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and Corporate Functions for integrated solutions;
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, fostering a shared understanding of strategic initiatives;
  • Performance of other subject matter assignments delegated by direct manager.
