Job Summary
Job Description
Smilegate Hope Studio seeks a CSR Marketing and PR Specialist with 3-7 years of experience to boost its donation platform and online engagement. Responsibilities include planning and executing promotions to increase new users, crafting engaging content for online donations and volunteering, and collaborating with stakeholders. A strong understanding of the gaming and content industries is crucial, along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Experience with non-profit content promotion and corporate CSR/ESG programs is highly valued. The role contributes to Smilegate's global mission of spreading hope through social contributions.
Must have:
- 3-7 years marketing experience
- Game & content industry understanding
- Strong communication & stakeholder management
- Platform/IT-based social value creation understanding
- Plan & execute user growth promotions
Good to have:
- Non-profit content promotion experience
- Corporate CSR/ESG experience
- Agency management experience

- 플랫폼/IT기술 기반 사회적 가치 창출에 대한 이해도

- 기업 CSR/ESG 관련 업무경험
