CSR Marketing Specialist
Job Summary
Job Description
Smilegate Hope Studio seeks a seasoned CSR Marketing professional (3-7 years experience) to spearhead the growth of their donation platform and engagement with online giving/volunteering initiatives. Responsibilities include devising and executing promotional campaigns to attract new users, developing engaging online content, and collaborating with stakeholders to maximize impact. The ideal candidate will possess deep understanding of the gaming and content industries, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of success in social impact initiatives. Experience managing agencies and executing CSR/ESG projects is a plus.
Must have:
- 3-7 years of experience in marketing/PR
- Strong understanding of game and content industries
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in planning and executing promotions to increase platform users
- Experience in planning and executing events to increase participation in online donation/volunteer content
Good to have:
- Experience in planning and managing public interest content promotion and agencies
- Experience in corporate social responsibility (CSR) / environmental, social, and governance (ESG) related work

- 플랫폼/IT기술 기반 사회적 가치 창출에 대한 이해도

- 공익 콘텐츠 프로모션 기획 및 대행사 관리/소통경험
- 기업 CSR/ESG 관련 업무경험
