As part of the Microsoft ERP team you'll help our clients transform their Finance, Operations and Supply Chain technology landscape. Functional Lead - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations - (SCM / Manufacturing)

As a Functional Lead for SCM / Manufacturing, you may be involved from the stage of pre-sales to post-production support and is responsible in engaging with the business users to understand their current process, build the process to product mapping and implement best possible solution using Microsoft Dynamics F&O. You will be support solution architect in Solution Design sessions, assisting with configuration, assisting with data migration deliverables, creating required interface design documents, functional design documents, work with ISV team for implementation or to troubleshoot complex issues. Depending upon the size of the implementation, you might have to lead the team or at times, even work as an individual contributor.

•Organise, execute, manage and document workshops, meetings and requirements sessions with the client representatives, project stakeholders, business analysts and consulting team.
• Conduct necessary reviews, analyze the client’s supply chain & manufacturing processes, and consult with the client and project team to ensure the Provide experience in these D365 modules: Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory, Master Planning, Product and Information Management, Production Control, Quality Control, Advanced Warehouse Management, etc.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics D365 application and evaluate the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
• Document the business requirements, expressing what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
• End-to-end management coordination of the project and responsible for the successful completion of the project within a stipulated budget.
• Ensure that the technical aspects of projects meet required standards for functionality, operability, and documentation.
•Work with project managers and team leaders to cater for resource changes across projects.
•Carry out additional, reasonable duties as may occur from time to time as instructed by your manager or members of senior management.

•Interact with a wide variety of colleagues, customers, and stakeholders at all levels with respect, courtesy, and professionalism.

•Proven experience in Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) with expertise in the Supply Chain Management & Manufacturing module.
•High proficiency in Supply Chain Management module implementation (Manufacturing, Warehousing, Planning).
•Minimum of 3 full lifecycle D365 SCM / Manufacturing module implementations.
•Excellent communication skills and confident in delivering presentations to wide and varied audiences.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to establish credibility amongst customers and peers.
•Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
•Bachelor and/or Master degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Excellent customer-facing and customer service skills.
•Confident in presenting ideas to peer groups or solutions to a customer.
•Relevant Microsoft certifications are strongly preferred.
•Natural learning orientation with regards to new technologies and implementing them.
•Self-starter and initiative taker.
•Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
•Define and document system requirements utilizing process flows, use cases, and other methods.
•Document the functional design of the business requirements.
•Able to do all configurations in D365 for the Production Control Module (for Process, Discrete, and Lean Manufacturing).
•Experience in production functionality (handling materials, planning and executing routes and operations, costing sheets, capacity planning, scheduling, Shop Floor Management, product cost tracking).
