Job Description
The Senior Manager, VAS Go-to-Market and Commercialization (GTM) will partner closely with the VAS product businesses and our regional product and solutions teams to both govern and enable the process of bringing new products and services to market. Focused on ensuring products are aligned to client needs, ready for distribution to customers and enabled to be sold and activated. The role will work closely with our regional sales and product leaders to support and enable those teams for success. This role sits at the intersection of multiple product organizations and all regions of Visa requiring organizational savvy and strong interpersonal skills. In addition, this individual will have real hands-on experience launching products to clients in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of success in fast-paced environments with demanding timelines.
This is a unique opportunity to help drive product delivery excellence within Visa’s business while collaborating with key members of the Product Organization on a regular basis. This role reports to the Senior Director, VAS GTM.
Job Responsibilities:
Manages commercialization of VAS products through the product and delivery lifecycle, aligns to the standards and processes set by global product team
Runs reporting for GTM, measuring performance of the function and adherence to product lifecycle standards, as well as KPIs for the global and regional teams
Supports governance steps for product/solution GTM, ensuring that we have consistent standards regarding market readiness and availability- across all products and regions- and ensures that functions such as sales and CS are 'ready'
Enables the hub structure of the Global GTM team for GTM teams in the regions for sales enablement, marketing and support- operating across these critical teams to ensure markets have solutions with proper infrastructure to be marketed and sold
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Basic Qualifications:
• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 134,900.00 to 195,750.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
