Job Description

The Head of Trading Infrastructure will be responsible for the globally distributed infrastructure, ensuring fast go-to-market and reliable SLAs for the SWE and Trading teams. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience and be willing to dive deep into technical tasks. The responsibilities include implementing enhancements and scaling the current infrastructure, including hardware market analysis and 3rd party vendor interactions. They will also lead efforts to improve and scale existing infrastructure and manage SLAs for critical infrastructure.

Must have:

Minimum of 2 years experience in a lead role.
Manage SLAs for critical infrastructure.

Good to have:

Ownership mindset.
Hands-on experience with bare-metal infrastructure.
Experience designing and delivering SLAs.
Experience with Nomad, LXC, and networking hardware.
