WB Games is looking to hire an IT Systems Engineer for their Shared Services team.

Your Role Accountabilities...

• Plan, implement and maintain IT systems in support of short- and long-term strategic plans.

• Serve as subject matter expert in the configuration and use of IT systems used directly as well as in support of the game production pipeline.

• Administration of monitoring system, inclusive of triage and first line response to major incidents of key network and infrastructure components.  

• Administration of Enterprise SaaS platforms, inclusive of design and integration.

• Tier 3 escalation point for central service desk.

• Promotes knowledge share through cross training and documentation. 

• Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with the organization’s executives, department heads, and end users regarding pertinent IT activities.

• Minimum 5 years relevant, progressive technical IT experience. 

Qualifications & Experience...

• Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through to day-to-day management.

• Hands-on experience with Solarwinds administration.

• Scripting experience using PowerShell, Python, etc, and automating repetitive tasks.

• Familiarity with on-premise infrastructure (server), networking concepts, and cloud environments (AWS).

• Knowledge of ITIL and industry best practices.

• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.  Attention to detail and quality of work.

• Highly self-motivated and self-directed, with curiosity to seek out the root cause of an issue and identify opportunities. 

• Strong technical skill set, ability to learn innovative technologies quickly, and see the full scope of a problem.

• Excellent customer service, follow through, time management, and multitasking skills.

• Previous game development support is a big plus.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $45,922.00 - $85,284.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
