Job Description

As an IT Security Engineer at Dew Software, you will be responsible for safeguarding the security and integrity of our clients' IT systems and infrastructure. You'll develop, implement, and manage security measures to protect against threats and vulnerabilities, conduct risk assessments, design security controls, and monitor systems to detect and respond to security incidents. Your expertise in IT security will be crucial in protecting our clients' critical assets and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Must have:

CISSP, GCSA, CND or similar certification
Experience in computer security, risk analysis, audit, and compliance
Network and Web Security experience (Palo Alto, ForeScout, Zscaler)
AWS Cloud Environment experience
Experience with Privileged Access Management solutions
Experience with SIEM/SOAR, NDR, EDR, VM, and Data Security solutions
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Creative and innovative thinking
Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
Strong collaboration and knowledge sharing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
Outstanding organizational skills
Results-oriented and accountable

Good to have:

Terraform experience

Dew Software is seeking a talented IT Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a leader in digital transformation solutions, Dew Software partners with global companies to provide innovative and secure IT solutions that drive business success. As an IT Security Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' IT systems and infrastructure.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing security measures to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities. You will conduct risk assessments, design and implement security controls, and monitor security systems to detect and respond to security incidents. Your expertise in IT security will be instrumental in safeguarding our clients' critical assets and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

CISSP, GCSA, CND or similar industry-recognized professional certification.
Demonstrated experience in computer security combined with risk analysis, audit, and compliance objectives.
Experience with Network and Web Security. (Palo Alto, ForeScout and Zscaler)
Experience with AWS Cloud Environment, Terraform experience is add-on.
Experience with Privileged Access Management solutions and concepts.
Experience with SIEM/SOAR, NDR, EDR, VM, and Data Security solutions and concepts.
Proven ability to make decisions and perform complex problem-solving activities under pressure.
High degree of creativity and “out-of-the-box” thinking.
Able to execute on multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
Possesses a services and solution orientated approach.
Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to share knowledge and collaborate by developing content and documentation for distribution to other team members, managers, and customers.
