About the position
A career in our Risk Assurance practice will allow you to develop and apply strategies that help clients leverage enterprise technologies so they can get a higher return on their investment, mitigate risks, streamline processes, and find operational inefficiencies. We assist clients in understanding and challenging their risk profiles and develop strategies to build digital confidence by embracing opportunities to stay competitive by building trust and resilience in their technology systems. We cover a wide range of disciplines, including risk evaluation, operational and strategic Information Technology processes, project governance, application implementation, data integrity, cyber security, and audit.
Our team helps organisations analyse and assess the security environment and application of our client's information technology systems. You’ll help develop strategies to increase the reliability of system outputs, enhance systems security and integrity, and develop strategies for ongoing maintenance.

Your responsibilities:
Supporting, leading and/or coaching the team in various audit and consulting engagements for various clients and industries (banking, insurance, telecoms, retail…)
Understanding and reviewing IT environments, technologies, business processes, as well as business process risks and controls
Reviewing IT general controls and IT security best practices
Performing an audit on the client’s existing processes and IT systems
Evaluating the overall setup and identifying the main areas of risk by assessing the client’s business process controls, application controls, and IT controls and benchmark them according to regulation, standards and industry standards.
Evaluating process and risk controls
Identifying opportunities to improve key controls across business and technology processes for clients
Preparing IT audit written reports covering the audit findings (control deficiency/gap) and proposing corrective action plans to the management
What we expect from you:
University degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration or Engineering;
2+ years of relevant professional experience in IT Auditing, IT Security or IT consulting
CISA or equivalent certificate will be considered as an advantage
Excellent analytical skills in IT and business;
Fluent in Croatian and working proficiency in English;
Ability to lead teams and be a single point of contact with clients
Able to work in a diverse and dynamic environment.
