Zagreb office is part of OddsMatrix, which empowers clients to unleash bold ideas and deliver outstanding player experiences. Featured services include turnkey betting software (online, retail and omnichannel), real-time sports data APIs and data feeds.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team in Zagreb, Croatia!

What you'll get to do

• Architect, develop, and optimize complex frontend applications using Vue.js and Electron.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conducting thorough code reviews and assuring best practices.
• Drive technical decisions and contribute to long-term front-end strategies.
• Communicate with PMs and other developers.

What You need to shine:

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development.
• Expert knowledge of Vue and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of state management, component lifecycle, and performance optimization.
• Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs and WebSockets/SSE.
• Mentoring or leadership experience.
• Experience with debugging code and identifying potential memory leaks.
• Advanced English skills in speaking and writing.
• Previous experience in the betting industry is a plus.

Here's what we offer:

• A starting salary from 4.000 EUR (gross/brutto1).
• Hybrid work schedule: 60% work from the office and 40% work from home per quarter (during your first 3 months, you'll be in the office full-time).
• Sliding work schedule (start anytime between 8:00 to 10:00 am).
• Start with 23 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 33 days by your fifth year with us.
• Stay Healthy: 100% paid 10 sick leave days per year, no doctor's note required.

  • 21 weeks of paid maternity leave, with the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child turns 1 year old.
