EveryMatrix, a leading B2B SaaS provider in iGaming, is seeking a passionate and dedicated QA Engineer/Incident Manager to join their team in Lviv. The role involves identifying and resolving the root cause of incidents by delegating them to the appropriate departments, collaborating with various teams to address client inquiries, and testing incidents. The candidate will also be responsible for creating documentation. Must have:

Identify and find the root cause of incidents
Delegate incidents to responsible departments
Collaborate with departments to resolve client inquiries
Testing incidents
Creating documentation
Intermediate English level
Good analytical and logical skills

Good to have:

Customer support experience
Basic knowledge of testing
Understanding of search queries (Elasticsearch, SQL)
Understanding of SDLC model
Familiarity with tracking systems like JIRA
Experience with browser dev tools, JSON, Postman

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated QA Engineer/Incident Manager to join our team in Lviv!

What You'll get to do:

Ability to identify and find the root cause of the incident and delegate it to the responsible department.
Collaborate with various departments to resolve client inquiries.
Testing incidents.
Creating documentation.

What You need to know:

Experience as Custumer support (preferably).
Intermediate level of English.
Basic knowledge of testing.
Understanding of search queries (Elasticsearch, SQL).
Understanding of SDLC model, understanding of tracking system like JIRA.
Experience with browser dev tools, JSON, Postman etc.
Ability to learn quickly and respond promptly.
Good analytical and logical skills.

Here's what we offer:

Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
