Position Overview:
As an HR Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our global HR function. From maintaining accurate employee records and preparing HR documentation to ensuring seamless HR processes, you’ll help create a smooth and positive employee experience.
This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and has a strong eye for detail. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about operational excellence, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Maintain up-to-date, compliant, and organized employee records.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team and help coordinate HR initiatives.
Prepare employment contracts, contract changes, and other HR documents across multiple countries.
Input and maintain accurate employee data in our HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
Support global onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring smooth transitions.
Assist in compiling HR reports and maintaining data accuracy.
Keep HR tools and systems updated and functioning optimally.
Coordinate employee benefits administration across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with local laws.
Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees and provide guidance on general HR matters within your area of responsibility.
Support day-to-day office operations and coordinating employee gatherings and office activities.
Requirements:
Previous experience in HR administration or a similar support role.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and HRIS systems (BambooHR experience is a plus).
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of professionalism.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Self-starter, get goer, who can work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a global, multicultural environment.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Process-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and improve workflows.
