Java Game Development Engineer

Develop new system modules based on the existing server-side framework and collaborate with the client-side for functional enhancements. Ensure the smooth and fluid operation of games by optimizing system performance. Key responsibilities include completing at least one to two full project development and launch processes, with a preference for experience in ARPG game development. Must possess strong Java fundamentals, proficiency with the Netty network communication framework, and expertise in multithreading, concurrent programming, design patterns, reflection, and annotation mechanisms. Skilled in using Spring, Spring Boot, and their source code. Ability to deeply understand and refactor existing server-side frameworks is essential. Passion for games, strong learning ability, analytical and problem-solving skills, teamwork, and the capacity to handle work pressure are required.
