Junior Project Manager, Hardware Customization

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage BOMs and product categories and oversee product lifecycle management.
• Optimize production workflows, managing staff coordination, printing schedules, and ERP system.
• Work closely with local vendors to manage orders and deliveries.
• Lead project execution for exclusive hardware drops, ensuring smooth production from concept to delivery while developing and enforcing production timelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align production schedules and secure necessary approvals.
• Develop stock forecasts and manage raw material procurement, shipping and logistics of finished goods while coordinating with various supply chain teams.
• Monitor inventory levels, pre-empting shortages and ensuring seamless production flow.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Ability to present and communicate with teams from around the world.
• Understanding of technical Bills of Material and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with project management and tracking tools.
• Creative problem solving and an eye for product aesthetics.
• Drivers License(Klasse B)
• Fluency in English

What would be nice:

• A passion for gaming, streaming and new consumer technology.
• Bachelors degree in a technical field or equivalent.
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Keen Interest in programming and Database systems
• German and/or Chinese Language skills.
