Job Summary
Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in launching and managing software products.
- In-depth understanding of product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean Startup).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in user research, user experience (UX) design principles, and user story writing.
- Proven ability to manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the life sciences industry or a related field.
- Experience leading a team of product owners.
- Proven ability to define and execute a product roadmap for complex software solutions.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment (e.g., Scrum).
- Experience with product analytics tools and user behavior tracking methodologies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with a passion for storytelling.
- A strong work ethic, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- A genuine passion for innovation and a desire to contribute to the development of cutting-edge software solutions.
