Job Description

As a Software QA Engineer at TTC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, developing and executing manual and automated tests, and analyzing risk coverage. You will also create essential test artifacts like test strategies, plans, and reports. Collaborating with stakeholders, you'll maintain excellent relationships and ensure project deadlines are met. The role emphasizes hands-on involvement in all phases of testing and automation to support the software development lifecycle. This position is ideal for a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual with a passion for quality assurance.
Must have:
  • Assess and understand customers' testing needs.
  • Participate in test execution and automation.
  • Produce test artifacts (strategy, plan, cases, reports).
  • Maintain customer stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and develop good understanding of customer’s manual and automated testing needs
  • Maintain hands-on involvement in test execution, test automation and risk coverage analysis
  • Review functional and non-functional requirements and specifications
  • Produce Test Artifacts such as Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases and Test Metrics reports
  • Build and support automated testing frameworks based on various technologies
  • Deliver good quality work internally and at the customer site while meeting project deadlines
  • Maintain excellent relationships with key customer stakeholders and manage their expectations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering or related fields 
  • 2-5 years' experience
