Legal Business Partner

This Legal Business Partner (法务BP) position requires drafting and reviewing Chinese and English contracts for all aspects of the gaming industry, including game import, licensing, operation, promotion, and outsourcing. Responsibilities include monitoring contract performance, resolving legal issues arising from contract execution, conducting legal compliance assessments of game products throughout their lifecycle, providing legal support and advice to various departments, identifying legal risks and offering solutions. The ideal candidate will have a law degree from a reputable university, pass the national bar exam, demonstrate strong Chinese and English written communication skills, be familiar with intellectual property law, have experience with corporate compliance, possess at least one year of experience in the gaming or entertainment industry, and be a strong communicator with high attention to detail and resilience.
