Job Description

As a Lifecycle Specialist: Offboarding - AMER, you will be responsible for managing the offboarding process for employees in the Americas region. This includes tasks such as ensuring compliance with local regulations, processing final payments, and assisting with any necessary paperwork. You will also be responsible for providing support to employees during the offboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition.

Must have:

Experience with offboarding processes
Knowledge of employment laws in the Americas region
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills

Good to have:

Experience with HRIS systems
Experience with global payroll
Bilingualism (English and Spanish)
