We are looking for a Manager, Revenue Operations - Renewals to join our Revenue Operations team, reporting to the senior director of Global Operations. In this remote role (US home office), you will own the data validation for quarter and year-end renewal financials as well as be responsible for day-to-day reporting and dashboard functionality. You will help to define and implement best-practice-based approaches to assist our renewal and field sellers in understanding what is available to renew, refresh and provide data driven dashboards based on loss prevention and at-risk opportunities. You will also work very closely with our Finance organization and our Field Sales Ops team to ensure our financial data is accurate, bookings are correctly categorized, and our teams have the customer data they need at their fingertips to renew as many customers as possible.

What you’ll do: 

  • Collaborate with Finance to provide accurate allocation of revenue to bookings categories
  • Develop automated reconciliation techniques for financial analysis between Salesforce and Tableau
  • Work with Data Science teams on loss prevention AI and algorithms that can be implemented within our systems to ensure early recognition of risk 
  • Partner with Renewals and Sales leadership to maintain accurate Tableau and PowerBI dashboards
  • Work closely with IT to implement the changes identified by Renewal Operations teams and perform UAT
  • Drive innovation through data analysis and visualization to streamline processes for renewals and field sellers
  • Work with Product teams on bringing telemetry data into dashboards to easily convey customer value in sales campaigns

What you’ll bring: 

  • 6+ years experience in data analysis or data Science roles
  • Solid understanding of renewals at SaaS based companies
  • 1+ years managing a team - you will have 2 direct reports and grow your team
  • Relevant experience in Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, and some light coding
  • Ability to communicate opinions and data-backed theories  
  • Experience presenting Data and Insights to Executives
  • Global experience is critical 
  • Sales tool experience, including CLARI, SFDC, and CPQ/QLE

What success looks like: 

After 6 months, you will…

  • Be driving change through data visualization and product telemetry integration to dashboards
  • Have automated financial reconciliation reports created and ready for implementation
  • Have rolled out Refresh Dashboard and QBR template

After about a year, you will…

  • Become proficient in our backend licensing model; and provide direction and integration with new quoting tool rollout
  • Establish yourself as the go-to leader of Renewal data validation and visualization
  • Bring industry standards into Infoblox around renewal operations
  • Innovate on key initiatives like loss prevention, refresh, and value realization

You can expect our employment offers to take many factors into consideration, including but not limited to the location of the role, internal equity, applicable past experience, individual skill set, education, and professional certifications. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned is the base salary range for the role. The typical base salary range for this position is $119,500 - $175,050 plus corporate bonus.
