The Studio Communications Manager, which sits within the Integrated Communications team, will help develop and implement strategies to rally the studio team through different internal communications channels, and manage content for external platforms aiming to engage with potential recruits, fans, and communities.
Responsibilities
You will support the Motive studio's internal communications strategy, which includes content for Slack, emails, intranet, newsletters, town halls, and AMAs.
You will support internal cultural events to foster a positive workplace environment.
You will identify opportunities and manage external presentations, public relations requests, and studio sponsorships for Motive's leadership and development teams.
You will work with different teams—such as communications, marketing, and studio—to enhance franchise communications.
You will help develop and manage social/online recruitment and branding campaigns.
You will help establish and promote the studio's employer brand both internally and externally.
You will report to the Studio Communications Director, EA Entertainment

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Communications with a desire to grow as a professional.
Passion for people, gaming, building connections, and having fun.
Proficient in written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
Maintain focus on goals while driving unique and thoughtful projects.
Bring fresh new ideas to enhance projects.
