Tasks

Development and organization of corporate online/offline events around the world on a turnkey basis (from 10 to 3,500 people);

Coordination of events and projects: being responsible for deadlines, quality, and results;

Interaction with internal stakeholders;

Preparation of technical specifications, as well as coordination and administration of the process at every stage;

Information support of participants, support of participants within the event's framework;

Interaction with other departments, contractors, and organizing agencies.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience as an Event Manager;
- Experience in organizing turnkey international event activities (online and offline);
- Portfolio of projects you have worked on;
- Experience working with the market of Kazakhstan and/or Serbia or good understanding of locations features;
- Fluency in Russian and Upper-Intermediate level+ in English;
- Proactive attitude, ability to take responsibility for results, ability to act in a situation of uncertainty;
- Willingness to travel regularly for business.
Preferred
- Experience in Gamedev;
- Currently living in Ireland.
