About the Team
In the Organizational Culture (OC) department, our Internal Marketing and Engagement team (Global Event Hub) focuses on creating enriching activities and engagements for employees. We aim to raise awareness of our company's culture and mission, promoting global adoption of our values. Our goal is to foster teamwork, inspire passion at work, and unite everyone in achieving our objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for planning and executing global culture campaigns and other culture experience projects in the APAC region, continuously optimize project execution to enhance employee experience;
2. For assigned projects, as a project manager, lead the project team members, as well as event partners and cross-functional teams from various regions, to drive project implementation and achieve related objectives;
3. Establish good relationships with stakeholders and collaborating teams in the APAC region, roll out collaboration&communication mechanisms, collect feedback from partners;
4. As a point of contact, responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams in assigned countries/offices in the APAC region for daily consultation of employee culture experience and workplace culture environment;
5. Responsible for reviewing and approving internal applications for events, promotion channels, workplace culture assets within the APAC region. Communicate and coordinate with business partners to help them understand and apply relevant company guidelines.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Extensive experience in event planning and execution, with proven ability to independently coordinate and manage large-scale events/projects;
2. Excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications or Marketing;
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Event Management, or Internal Employee Engagement;
3. Strong systematic thinking and big-picture perspective. Creative thinking is a plus;
4. Ability to adapt to business travel and work across different time zones.
