岗位职责
1、对活动模块负责，负责北美区域重点BR产品游戏内活动和资源投放的设计、跟进与落地。
2、基于产品特征及核心用户诉求，输出活跃&商业化活动方案，设计活跃阶梯和奖励数值，并跟进落地；
3、基于节点目标，设计面向分层用户的活跃调控方案，推动落地并跟进效果持续迭代；
4、牵头制定区域节点日历，并持续关注北美区域内主要竞品运营情况，跟进竞品防御方案；
5、体验导向，能够结合玩法数据，分析并产出清晰的区域活动调优方向；
6、结合游戏特性和版本排期，评估并游戏内落地IP与商务合作活动&推广资源
岗位要求
1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上游戏活动运营相关工作经验；
2、具备系统设计和活动设计能力，独立主导落地过活跃相关的系统或活动；
3、有良好的团队合作精神，擅长跨团队/跨部门沟通协作，学习和应变能力强；
4、具备射击或竞技手游，从筹备到上线的完整活跃运营工作经验者优先；
5、热爱FPS游戏，对主流射击游戏有深入体验和了解，英语能力优秀者优先。
