Role Description:We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst 5 to join our team in Lansing, MI. The ideal candidate will be skilled in gathering business and technical requirements and consulting with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to complete projects across a variety of telecommunication services including WAN, WLAN, MLAN, Security, Telephony, and Video. This role involves managing multiple projects in a complex enterprise network environment.

 

You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities): 

  • Facilitate client meetings to gather IT solution requirements and determine integration processes.
  • Collect, process, and present business and technical requirements.
  • Lead review sessions to discuss project progress with stakeholders.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and clear communication with clients and team members.
  • Work across various network platforms including WAN, MLAN, WLAN, and Voice.
  • Disseminate information efficiently across technical teams and management.
  • Operate effectively in a large enterprise network setting.
Required Skills and Experience
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
    • Professional Experience:
      • 5+ years in customer-facing roles.
      • 3-5 years in a telecommunications environment and large enterprise setting.
      • Experience working with multiple network platforms and services.Technical Proficiency:
        • Proficient with Microsoft Project and Excel (3-5 years required).
        • Experience with Remedy/Helix (3-5 years required).
        • Familiarity with Clarity (1-3 years preferred) and DevOps (2-3 years preferred).
    • Soft Skills:
      • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to collaborate with multiple agencies, vendors, or departments in an enterprise environment.

 

You’ll have (Qualification & Experience):

  •  Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
