Job Summary
Job Description
Smilegate Entertainment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content and System Planner for their next-generation game project. Responsibilities include game content and system design using Unreal Engine 5, designing the overall game economy and balance, setting and adjusting the value of in-game currency and items. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in economic and system planning, a strong understanding of data-driven balancing, and excellent communication skills. The role involves participation in the entire game development lifecycle, from initial concept to launch. Experience with UX/UI design and open-mindedness are considered advantageous.
Must have:
- 5+ years experience in economic and system planning
- Data-driven balancing experience
- Unreal Engine 5 experience
- Game economy design & balance
- Excellent communication skills

- 원활한 커뮤니케이션이 가능하신 분
우대사항
- 초기 개발부터 런칭까지 상용 게임 개발 경험
- 사용자 경험(UX) 개선 및 인터페이스(UI) 설계 경험
- 언리얼 5 프로젝트 참여 경험
- 오픈 마인드와 다양한 시각을 수용할 수 있는 분
