Payments Banking and Commerce Solutions Engineer

• Required:
  • Bancs Core Banking Product (TCS) with minimum 5 years of experience
  • Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL) including Stored Procedures, Triggers, and Functions
  • Unix shell scripting
• Preferred:
  • Experience in Agile methodology
  • Familiarity with report designing tools

• Collaborate with clients to understand their customization requirements and provide tailored solutions using Bancs Core Banking product.
• Manage Bancs interfacing requirements to ensure seamless integration with client systems.
• Develop and implement best practices for customization and architecture of Bancs.
• Ensure adherence to coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards.
• Conduct research and benchmarking to ensure the technology used is best in class.
• Lead efforts to enhance the functionality and quality of technical and application architecture across the organization.

• Programming Languages:
  • Required: SQL, PL/SQL
• Databases/Data Management:
  • Required: Oracle database management
• Frameworks and Libraries:
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Development Tools and Methodologies:

• Minimum of 4+ years of product experience with Bancs Core Banking Product (TCS).
• Experience with customization and interfacing requirements in banking solutions.
• Direct client interaction experience is essential.
• Industry experience in the banking domain is preferred.

• Engage with multiple teams and clients to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Participate in regular meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Deliver high-quality technical solutions within project timelines and expectations.

• Degree or postgraduate qualification in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Certifications in Bancs or related banking technologies are advantageous.
