As a People Ops Manager, you will support all aspects of our people-operations, ensuring the business runs smoothly, and setting our teammates up for success. This role requires strong relationship-building, project management skills, and creative problem-solving to meet the needs of a fully remote, global team.

  • Collaborate with leadership and employees to build a high-performance remote culture
  • Lead strategic projects to develop scalable people practices in a multicultural environment
  • Monitor key People metrics and implement improvement solutions
  • Manage performance reviews and identify training needs
  • Act as the go-to for teammates regarding policies

Requirements

What makes you a great candidate?

  • 3+ years experience in consulting or a similar in-house role, ideally in a scale-up
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective project management and decision-making capabilities
  • Experience living or working in a frontier market, preferably in Africa
  • Bonus: Experience in a multinational or fully remote environment
