As a Tencent Cloud CPaaS Presales Product Operations Manager, you will play a key role in expanding and supporting Tencent Cloud’s international communication services, with a focus on SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, and Viber solutions. You will be responsible for driving market strategies, supporting business teams, and managing the resource planning for international telecom services. Key Responsibilities: * Spearhead the expansion and sales support for Tencent Cloud’s international and Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan SMS services, developing and executing customer acquisition strategies. * Collaborate closely with business, service, and technical teams to provide comprehensive support including product training, solution design, and business strategy formulation. * Take ownership of the resource planning and deployment for international SMS channels, Voice, WhatsApp, and Viber services, ensuring seamless service delivery. * Work closely with the procurement team in identifying high-quality, stable telecom operators/service providers, and work with the business team in negotiations and onboarding.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant cloud communication product solutioning experience.
  • Solid background in telecommunications, with a wealth of experience working with telecom operators across various markets.
  • Proven expertise in business development, operations, and management within the communications field.
  • Strong global perspective with keen insights into domestic and international market trends and industry dynamics.
  • Exceptional English and Chinese Mandarin communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, with proficiency in business negotiations.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and coordination skills, with a talent for building collaborative relationships and driving results.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills, self-driven with a proactive approach to work, and a passion for learning and continuous improvement
