Qualifications:
This role may be a perfect fit for you if:
For licensed venues, candidates must be the required age of majority or older
You have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
You have a minimum of 1 year of cooking experience
You have a professional diploma or food services management (preferred)
You have demonstrated knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
You have knowledge of methods and procedures for serving food, principles of sanitation, and principles of safe food handling
You have superior time management and multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
You can lift up to 50lbs
