Onward Search seeks a Photo Media Manager/Photo Editor for a 4-6+ month contract role in Los Angeles. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Photo Media Manager for our client's Visual Innovation Studio (VIS) in Los Angeles. This exciting 4-6+ month contract role blends creativity with project management and offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, innovative team.

As part of our client’s in-house design agency, you will play a key role in curating and managing high-quality visual assets for marketing efforts. This role requires a keen eye for aesthetics, as well as strong organizational and communication skills, making it ideal for someone who thrives in both creative and logistical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Photo Selection: Curate key visual scenes from each episode, sourcing high-resolution images or screenshots from videos.
  • Photo Editing & Retouching: Enhance the color, lighting, composition, and quality of images, including light retouching of talent when necessary.
  • Project Management: Track weekly on-air schedules to ensure timely selection and editing of photos.
  • Media Management: Organize, upload, and distribute finished photography via the client's photo distribution website.
  • Administrative Support: Manage photo-related inquiries and issues via phone or email.
  • Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and external studio partners to acquire necessary assets for each project.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in photo management, editing, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Photo Mechanic and familiarity with Photoshop.
  • A strong creative eye with attention to detail and an understanding of visual aesthetics.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Prior experience in the entertainment industry is a plus.

Location:

  • Los Angeles, CA Onsite 5 days/week

Compensation:

  • Hourly Rate: $35.00-$38.00
  • Contract Duration: 4-6+ months (W2)

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of the assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
