We’re currently seeking a Digital Advertising Account Manager for a global retail client in Hoboken, NJ. This full-time, hybrid position offers a dynamic opportunity to drive growth in advertising partnerships, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead impactful campaigns in a fast-paced environment. This project-based role is slated to run through May 1, 2025, with the potential for extension.
As a Digital Advertising Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, developing strategic campaigns, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, provide insightful recommendations, and ensure flawless execution of advertising initiatives. Your problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities will be key to your success in this role.
Digital Advertising Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to grow revenue beyond initial contracts.
- Campaign Strategy: Develop and present strategic media recommendations aligned with client business goals and marketing objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead campaign kick-offs, manage performance discussions, and work across teams to deliver impactful results.
- Project Management: Oversee the day-to-day execution of campaigns, ensuring accurate proposal templates, tagging, and on-time delivery.
- Data Insights & Reporting: Provide actionable insights and regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders to optimize campaigns.
- Billing & Account Support: Assist with monthly campaign billing, ensuring accuracy, and collaborate on proposals and quarterly business reviews.
- Conflict Resolution: Offer technical guidance and troubleshooting support to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Digital Advertising Account Manager Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Client Management Experience: Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive day-to-day business operations.
- Analytical Skills: Familiarity with analytics, advertising data, and DMP technologies; strong quantitative and problem-solving skills.
- Campaign Planning: Experience in creating and presenting media plans and campaign recommendations.
- Detail-Oriented: Excellent project management skills with a keen eye for detail and follow-through.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, navigating complex organizational structures.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to present and collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
- Proactive & Solution-Oriented: Ability to handle multiple priorities, work under pressure, and escalate issues to management when necessary.
