The EA Sports Security team provides central development and operations of security services that are crucial in maintaining the integrity of our gaming experiences. As a Product Manager, you will support the team's Senior Product Managers who work to defend the experiences of millions of players across globally played franchises like FC, Madden, College Football, NHL, UFC, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Support Sr Product Manager in establishing and communicating product roadmaps for increasing the game security posture of live and future titles end-to-end
- Work with Sr Product Managers, partners, and internal teams to develop products and features that improve the player experience and lead to better security outcomes
- Maintain and enhance relationships with partner teams
- Follow game development timelines for support and security deliverables
- Raise game security awareness within the game development teams
- Support an inclusive and collaborative environment
Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience or a keen interest in game security or digital fraud, working knowledge of application security, including best practices and industry standards.
- Experience with agile and waterfall software development methodologies and previous experience managing a product backlog is considered an asset.
- Interest in sports, knowledge of video games, threats (cheating, fraud, botting), and how to defend against them, and a working knowledge of application security.
- Knowledge of how cheating, botting, and toxicity can affect player experience is excellent to have.
BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $79,900 - $111,900 CAN Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
