Google seeks a Program Manager III for Connectivity Planning within its Enterprise Network. Experience with telecommunications providers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile) and hardware lifecycle management is preferred.

Minimum qualifications:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Create multi-year metro or region level network strategies to provide flexible connectivity meeting technical, operational and business requirements while balancing performance and cost.
  • Evaluate alternatives and develop estimates for project-specific feasibility studies. Prepare drawings, maps, scopes of work, and other materials as needed to describe projects to external vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Create and present cases for long-term business in network and infrastructure.
  • Execute agreements for metro-ethernet, internet, dark fiber, and wavelength services under existing master agreements.
  • Communicate and engage with internal teams, Deploy, Network Engineering, Service Delivery, Production, and Operations.
