Job Description & Summary

A career within ITFT  Services will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage transformation to enhance their customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
•    8-15 years of experience into ServiceNow SPM Module.
•    Act as functional consultant for SPM module, leading requirements gathering, documentation, configuration across different modules to meet business needs.
•    Identify and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
•    Support in configuration and implementation of SPM modules, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and processes.
•    Help in end-to-end testing and provide training to users, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of the SPM module.
•    Proven ability in managing large scale end-to-end projects and leading agile/scrum delivery teams.

Mandatory skill sets  
•    Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist.
•    Strong conflict resolution skills
•    Superb organizational skills to be able to coordinate complicated projects.
•    Proven technical ability to understand the impact of technical changes, and to articulate high-level technical solutions to address business problems.
•    Agile/SCRUM and/or PMI Certification and demonstrated rigor in project management best practices.

*Preferred skill sets 

•    Certification in Agile/SCRUM and/or PMP/PRINCE2 or any other globally accepted scrum certifications desirable.
•    Experience working with IT application development projects will be an advantage

*Year of experience required 

•    Minimum 8-12 years of experience  

*Educational Qualification  

•    B.E/B.Tech qualification is preferred
•    MBA is desirable, but not mandatory 
•    Work experience in IT & ITeS/Consulting companies preferred
