Risk Support Analyst (Part-time)

Role Overview:

This role will make contributions to areas in use by internal or external users. You will need to be diligent in achieving quality and apply existing principles across your domain with training and guidance. Analysts at KingMakers need to show technical curiosity within your areas, demonstrating learning through knowledge acquisition and application. You will diagnose and solve problems by asking relevant questions

What You Will Be Doing:

• Prompt and accurate set-up and settlement of events
• Work with customer service team to deal with more technical trading issues.
• Work closely with 3rd-party suppliers ensuring optimisation of product offering
  
  

What You Need for This Role:

• English Usage (C1 or higher).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Numerate with good interpersonal skills and flexible in approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work within a team and individually as required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and public-holidays each month.
