PwC TLS Avvocati e Commercialisti è lo studio professionale member firm del network PwC per la consulenza legale e tributaria. Una delle principali realtà professionali del Paese, porta per connettersi al network internazionale e leader a livello globale.Per il dipartimento Legal Corporate M&A di Milano, siamo alla ricerca di un Avvocato abilitato con un'esperienza maturata da 3 a 5 anni all'interno di dipartimenti Corporate M&A di studi nazionali modernamente strutturati o internazionali.
L'attività svolta è legata al Corporate M&A, diritto societario e contrattualistica commerciale.
E' un requisito fondamentale la fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che orale.
Completano il profilo i seguenti requisiti:
motivazione ed entusiasmo per l’attività professionale;
iniziativa ed orientamento al risultato;
ottime capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team.
