Job Description & Summary

Per la sede di Milano, il gruppo Payments & Digital Banking ricerca brillante figura professionale laureata in ingegneria informatica, informatica e discipline affini, con almeno 8 anni di esperienza in ambito IT, Pagamenti, Digital Banking. Il profilo richiesto ha maturato esperienze rilevanti in società di consulenza, ha doti di leadership, una forte propensione al dinamismo, spirito critico e la capacità di relazionarsi con le posizioni apicali delle maggiori società del panorama banking a livello nazionale ed internazionale.

Esperienze e competenze richieste:

Profonda conoscenza della normativa di settore (e.g. PSD2 e relativi standard tecnici/orientamenti EBA, Regolamento Instant Payments, PSD3/PSR, FIDA, Digital Euro, CESOP, 285)
Capacità di analisi e stesura di documenti di business & functional requirements
Conoscenza delle principali soluzioni applicative in ambito Pagamenti, Open Banking e principali player di mercato
IT Cost Analysis (e.g. setup & running cost)
Conoscenza delle caratteristiche principali dei rilevanti schemi/standard di settore (e.g. SEPA Credit Transfer, SEPA Instant Credit Transfer, One Leg Out Credit Transfer, SPAA, RTP, Berlin Group XS2A)
Comprensione di documenti di analisi tecnica
Conoscenza delle principali componenti applicative nell'ambito pagamenti, Open API (e.g. Payment Gateway, Sistemi autorizzativi, Clearing e Settlement, API Gateway, API Portal)
Progettazione di servizi web (e.g. definizione input/output, interdipendenze, flussi di comunicazione tra servizi)
Comprensione delle specifiche di un HLA Document (High Level Architecture) e capacità di intervenire sullo stesso
Program & Project Management

Nice to have:

Keynote Speaker & Commentator in eventi di settore
Conoscenza dei principali protocolli del layer di rete, applicativo, standard di settore (TCP/IP, HTTP, JSON, XML, ISO20022)
Conoscenze di base dei processi di change management
Conoscenza di base dei principali meccanismi di sicurezza e crittografia (protocolli a chiave privata/pubblica, certificati digitali)
Nozioni di Business Continuity, Risk Appetite, Incident Management
Conoscenza di rilevanti trend "New IT" (e.g. Cloud, IA, Agile)
