2K is headquartered in Novato, California and is a wholly owned label of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO). This role will be based in Novato or Los Angeles. 

What We Need 

We are seeking a Senior Producer to help lead Creative Marketing Production for one of our new Global AAA IPs. The Senior Producer plays an essential role at the intersection of production and creative, helping guide the production of Marketing assets from creation to deployment. As the lead Producer, you will help manage campaign asset creation including key art, social content, trailers, brand design artwork, CRM images & copy, and more. The ideal candidate must have gaming industry experience with an emphasis on a live-services/live-ops equivalent background. This is a full-time position with the ability to work on-site at our facilities in Novato, CA or remotely in Los Angeles.

What You’ll Do

  • Work hand-in-hand with our Creative Services and Brand Marketing teams to manage creative projects and ensure creative excellence across all Marketing campaigns.

  • Maintain asset trackers and project check-ins with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure timely status updates and project maintenance. 

  • Help engage and manage projects with external vendors, agencies and production partners for tentpole Marketing campaigns

  • Keep key stakeholders updated on production deadlines & milestones. Be a source of knowledge and resource for team members and chase answers where there are gaps in the team's knowledge.

  • Manage the Global Localization process for all projects and timely delivery of all territory asset needs. 

  • Manage the asset QC process to ensure accuracy and creative excellence. 

  • Manage and reduce project risks throughout the production process. 

  • Oversee MSA, SOW and payment process for all external vendors.

What Will Make You A Great Fit

  • BS / BA degree (or equivalent).

  • 7-10 years of experience in a project management, content creation or production-related role.

  • Gaming experience with an emphasis on a live-services/live-ops equivalent background.

  • Highly creative and organized, detail-oriented and deadline driven.

  • Excellent multi-tasking and self-management skills – are able to take direction and constructive feedback.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime when necessary.

  • Comfortable working with a wide array of technical tools and workflows.

  • Fast learner, able to quickly learn 2K proprietary software and best practices.

Additional skills of benefit:

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications (Workfront, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Media Encoder, etc.)

  • Live-Action Production and on-set experience 

  • Strong PC and Mac general computing skills

  • Excited about gaming, understand game terms, and be up-to-date with what is happening in the gaming world.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $130,000 and $150,000 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
