As a Content Producer III on the VALORANT Global Marketing team, you will help transform Global Marketing's strategic goals into creative campaigns that surprise and delight our players. Partnering internally and externally across multiple craft disciplines including Production, Art, Video, Writing, Creative Direction, Brand, Comms and Operations, you will ensure that our creative production process is smooth. Your awareness and transparent communications give you a grasp on the 10,000 ft view of our campaign needs, advocating for their needs and ensuring they are met. This role will report into the Head of Production, VALORANT Global Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Build production plans, set budgets, and oversee every level of content creation whether you are producing directly or leading others across multiple concurrent projects.
- Guide the core team and key stakeholders through the high-level vision, day-to-day issues, planning, and conflict resolution.
- Be a trusted source and advise on the best production approach to support the creative vision; work directly with writers, gameplay capture artists, game producers, sound and editors to listen and respond to pitches and ensure that only top quality content is delivered to players.
- Partner effectively with cross-teams across the Riot organization and collaborate across multiple disciplines, from facilitating creative meetings for concepts to coordinating final release details with our localization teams around the world.
- Manage vendor relationships and workflows.
- Ensure clear and effective communication over timelines, deliverables, and resourcing needs.
- Deliver quality projects on time and on budget, ensuring that all partners look forward to working with you again.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years as a producer (or equivalent experience) in games, tech, or advertising
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field
- Advanced knowledge of all facets of Campaign or Content Production experience delivering marketing campaigns from planning through execution
- Level-headed approach to change management, conflict resolution and patience through the fluctuating creative development process.
- Understanding of CG animation pipelines
- Skilled in contract negotiation and outsource management
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in web, mobile, video, and brand development
- Experience with Launching Games and or products in a live service model
- 2+ years Experience with Localization Workflows
- Advanced knowledge of FPS Gameplay and/or competitive shooter marketing landscape
- Understanding of Visual Effects/Motion Graphics, Live Action Documentary
