Position Summary

The Senior HR Generalist at AccelByte is a strategic and influential position aimed at harmonizing HR strategies with the organization's overarching objectives while cultivating a supportive and high-performance work environment. As a Senior HR Generalist, you will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, offering expert HR guidance, executing progressive HR initiatives, and championing the growth and welfare of our dedicated workforce.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

The Senior HR Generalist is responsible for the following functions and responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies and initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, offering guidance and support on HR-related matters, conflict resolution, and employee development.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify workforce needs, participate in the recruitment process, and ensure the selection of top talent.
Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans, to drive employee growth and productivity.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention.
Work on initiatives related to organizational change, development, and culture, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
Ensure compliance with all HR laws and regulations, review and update HR policies as necessary, and educate employees on HR policies and procedures.
Collaborate with HR leadership on compensation strategies, benefits administration, and salary benchmarking.
Work with the Training and Development Team to identify training and development needs, create training programs, and provide coaching to employees and managers.
Utilize HR analytics to gather and analyze employee data, providing insights to inform decision-making and HR strategies.
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Experience Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant work experience
Proven experience in HR, with 3-5 years in a business partner or HR generalist role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Experience in Technical Recruitment is a huge plus.
Proficiency in written and verbal English language.
Flexibility to adjust to work routines/schedules.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Strategic thinking and the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret HR metrics.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
