Senior Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage cross-departmental projects at Casumo. This role will involve coordinating and delivering projects that span across operations, marketing, product, legal, compliance, administrative, and technical functions. The successful candidate will be adept at managing multiple stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Management:

• Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

• Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment across departments.

2. Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, including legal, compliance, administrative, and technical teams.

• Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates on progress, risks, and issues, and ensuring stakeholders are engaged and informed.

3. Risk and Issue Management:

• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Resource Allocation:

• Coordinate and allocate resources effectively, ensuring project teams have the necessary tools and support to succeed.

• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

5. Quality Assurance:

• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards.

• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, highlighting key achievements and areas of concern.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration / related field or relevant experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on cross-departmental projects.

• Proven experience managing complex projects in a digital delivery environment.

• Strong understanding of agile project management methodologies

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

• Experience in the online gaming or technology industry preferred.

• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the gaming industry.
