SLG System Planner

The SLG System Planner will assist the lead planner in planning various game systems based on the project's design direction. Responsibilities include designing game system functionalities, writing documentation, monitoring system development, coordinating development work, controlling progress, and accepting results. The role involves breaking down gameplay mechanics into different systems, conducting regression analysis on designed and optimized systems, demonstrating data analysis skills, coordinating with technical personnel for system development, and collaborating with the art team for asset implementation. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in SLG system planning, a strong understanding of SLG games, and proficiency in writing system planning documents.
